Plagiariim Policy

"Plagiarism" can occur in two forms: 1) The author deliberately copying the work of others and claiming it as their property, or 2) The author copies his material that has been published previously either entirely or in part, without providing an appropriate reference - is also referred to as "" Self-Plagiarism "or" Duplicate Publication ".

Plagiarism before publication

Will judge every case of plagiarism on the basis of his own abilities. If plagiarism is detected, either by the editor, peer reviewer or editorial staff at any stage before or after receipt, during editing or at the pages of pages, we will tell the author, ask him or to rewrite the text or quote the text correctly and quote the original source. When did the plagiarism check?

Each manuscript that is sent will be checked by plagiarism with turnitin software and if it passes, it will be sent to the editor to be sent to the reviewer to check the substance of the article.


It is possible that the manuscript cannot be accessible freely by the article indexing service due to restrictions by programmers, journals, or publishers; or available on journal sites but have not been indexed by article indexing services. In such cases when examination of plagiarism is carried out, the text content examined cannot be compared to the original manuscript because restrictions and plagiarism will not be detected.
